Buckley Auto sold me a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. This van belonged to Mr. Buckley's wife. That means he had driven and maintained this vehicle during the time his wife owned it, so he knew there were major issues with this vehicle. The van should never have been put up for sale due to unsafe suspension issues as well as a bad transmission, all of which I have proof. Lucky for me, everything went wrong within the 30 day lemon law warranty so these issues were fixed. Yesterday, my son posted a google review about my experience at Buckley Auto. Mr. Buckley texted me a screenshot of the review and then requested that I have my son remove the review. Mr. Buckley also called me twice, I'm assuming to tell me to have my son remove the review. I replied to his text and told him the review would not be removed because the information stated was true. Somehow, he had the review removed from the webpage. Bottom line, Mr. Buckley is a shady character that only wants good reviews posted. He will harass and try to bully you into removing a bad review, and then have it removed anyway. So I will continue to find ways to make other buyers beware. Take your business elsewhere.
