Myself and my 2 daughters went for haircuts with Sue. I was pretty satisfied but my daughter with very long curly hair was not she had 5 inches ( shoulder length) cut from the front section of her hair then hidden in her long curly hair unnoticed until she got home . She had to go to another hairdresser to have it fixed ! Hair down to her back is now sholder leghth . I made an appointment for 6 weeks with sue todayi went in and she claimed i wasnt in her book ! I watched write my name and phone number in the book and she gave me an appt card with the date and time . Im guessing she thought i wouldnt show since she knew what she did to my daughter . I do not recommend going here . I dont know about the other stylists but definatly NOT SUE !!! Very unprofessional!!

Was a regular client for 4 yrs. of course prices went up over that time but a foil in the last year has been $85. an additional $40 for a haircut. I rarely get the hair cut (I trim my own bangs) and have one length thin hair just below my shoulders. I asked the ends to be trimmed off just in the back. she mentioned "see, I cut off so little you can't even see it on the floor" which the straight across the back trim took less than 2 minutes. when checking out, I asked, just normally would if they didn't say the price, how much I owed. I was told $125. I left $150, got in my car wondering for a foil that takes 2 hrs anywhere else took an hour, and why was it $40 more, then realized I was charged for a haircut! any of my friends could have trimmed my ends straight across. my hair not help up, literally combed and cut across in 30 seconds. after thinking about it I was really a dry. I usually leave $25-35 tip on the $85 cost. and it was the owner. I'd call and express my disappointment as a well paying custome, but then I'd be uncomfortable going back. so I will chalk it up as really getting ripped off. I'm on a fixed income and I put $$ aside for months to be able to have my hair done. I'm so disappointed that they would even do that. I would have skipped the trim, not even a haircut, if I knew they would charge $40! I can see a little extra, but $40? I feel totally taken advantage of. Their prices may be lower for a foil, but it's an average barber looking type salon, and there is nothing special about it or the foil itself. bottom line, I feel taken advantage of and will not be going back.

Best hair salon I’ve ever been too. I’ve seen everyone there and love it. Very professional, down to earth, friendly and clean. The only thing I would say is don’t see Donna. She’s very nice but doesn’t not listen to what you want done and just does her own thing. I’ll definitely continue going there, just not to her.

Best hair salon I’ve ever been too. I’ve seen everyone there and love it. Very professional, down to earth, friendly and clean. The only thing I would say is don’t see Donna. My fiance can't say enough about this place.. they have lots of color selections and options that you can pick from it is extremely clean and the staff are knowledgeable and caring and kind.. they help with the color if you can't find one you like and the prices are competitive.. she will be going back for sure.
