This place is the best in Mass, maybe the one of the best in NE. I have been keeping things in many storage facilities and nothing has come to the great service of Rt.9 storage. I am happy I chose it and I will remain here for the foreseeable future. I recommend it

I recently rented a unit and the whole experience was amazing. The people running the place were very friendly, the property was clean and the units were new and clean. The units were very affordable. Route 9 storage is a all around enjoyable experience.

This place is great. Me and my wife each have a unit for ourself. There is tons of space. Im able to store all my antiques because the SECURITY is so great there. The place is super clean and the owner respond very quick. To any one looking for a storage center this is the place to go.

I left some electrical items at this storage facility for a few months while I was in Europe. It Is well situated and only 20 minutes from the Mass pike. I can attest to its security, cleanliness and the efficiency of staff.

i rented a unit here for 2 months. Setting up I was assigned a unit that another person had not moved out of yet. The manager was fairly quick at correcting the situation and re-assigning me another unit. The storage is still being built and if you have units in bewtween the two buildings, there is limited room for a truck to go perpendicular to the unit opening.

If I could give zero stars I would. They do not have an office on site and cannot give any assistance in setting up the account or actual unit. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with someone who couldn't even figure out their own website. Moving on.
