“Honestly I have never left a review but Kevin deserves it. From start to finish he helped me; it felt more like a big brother giving advice which was really helpful because as a young lady dealerships can and will take advantage. I with authorization from a dealership, brought the car I was interested in purchasing to get a pre-purchase inspection from Premier Auto Repair. Kevin explained the car had a lug nut missing and metal on metal braking. If you are like me and new to all this you are probably thinking what does that mean? and he broke everything down for me. The lug nut being missing meant the wheel could come loose while i'm driving and the metal on metal brakes just icing on top of the cake which means the car was totally unsafe to drive let alone taking it 17 minutes to this repair place. I had to call an Uber to get back to the dealership in which I told them it was unsafe to drive and they were giving me a hard time and what felt like intimidation but Kevin again came to the win. He really did feel like a big brother in the sense he told me the dealership would be notified the car is at their auto repair shop and calmed me down. I appreciated his handling of the situation and it also was nice getting 25 dollars of the PPI, so long story short please go to Premier Auto Repair. I know I will be recommending them beause people really will try to sell you things that will cost way more than they are worth.”
“Brought in a Yokohama tire from my Toyota that I had previously purchased months ago at Town Fair that had a slow leak I couldn’t find. Technicians found a problem with my valve stem, replaced it, balanced the wheel and got it back to me the same day for a small balancing fee. Thank you George, Taje and the great techs!”

“We have been going to Dick's for over a decade. I have just purchased new tires for my Honda Ridgeline. The ordering process could not have been smoother. Since they don't take appointments, you have to time when you arrive to avoid a long wait.
They have also repaired/plugged several tires that had a nail puncture in them. This service is free if you bought you tires from them, but it is very reasonably priced even if you didn't.
Pricing was as good or better than the online stores. Great customer service.”

“I brought my side-by-side to Village Repair after a crash bent the frame and essentially totaled it. Insurance wasn't an option, and replacing the frame meant replacing the whole machine — not feasible. They fabricated a special part for their straightening machine so they could pull the frame from a higher point, and got me out of a really bad situation. The team at Village Repair took it on, straightened the frame, and did extra work I didn't even ask for. Honest, skilled, and genuinely good people. If you need a shop

This dealership is a shining example of how great a small business can be. Chris Goodnow shatters every negative stereotype of a used-car dealer. He is honest, fair, transparent, and straightforward.
I walked out after signing the papers with the keys to my (new to me) Tahoe thinking “Wow, that was awesome!”. How often does that happen?
I guess what impressed me most is that Chris Goodnow is the owner / proprietor and he is there every day working and accessible. He follows the principle of doing well by doing good.
After I bought my vehicle and signed the papers, there were a couple loose ends that needed to be addressed and he remembered and took care of them. His staff and mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable as well.

He apologized again when I came in today, and the team took great care of my oil change. It means a lot when management steps up, communicates, and shows they value their customers. I read a few comments on Reddit that also recommended this location and I'm so glad I followed their advice! I called early in the morning on the way to work, and they were able to make time for my vehicle. I needed a tire patch, and they were able to get me in and out in under an hour for a very reasonable price. I will mention that in the time that I was there, there were about 10 customers who walked in so it's apparent they have a great reputation, and are always busy. I might have gotten lucky with my timing, but Jeremy the owner was honest with expectations on completion. 10/10 recommend!”

“Literally went all over “Wuster” to look for a tire size that is “not as common” from Wally World to local tire shops no one carry the size. Just when I was about to give up I found CAPITAL TIRE! Great friendly professional service, quick job done. They have new and used tires. Their tires aren’t cheap chinas, they’re good prices tho. Main reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I waited about 45 min. then again they were VERY busy so very normal considering it was on a Saturday. Thank you CAPITAL TIRE!

“I just want to say I don't know if they'll read these but Tim and Wayne are over at Service Tire Truck Center on July 2nd before they were closing told me that even if I could get there close to closing time they would wait for me to Mount and balance a tire for a garbage truck I own even though they were trying to leave early for the 4th of July holiday. I made it in time they did exactly what they said they were going to do and they were super helpful the following week I brought my truck back they removed the other tire and mounted and balanced it and their prices were fantastic I really hope that whoever sees this sends this off to them so they get to see that people really do appreciate what they do for us”
“I needed to have a tire replaced during a jam-packed alumni reunion at my college. Their flexible appointment schedule made it possible to have the work done outside of the reunion's main events. The tire I needed was in-stock, and if it hadn't been they could have had one the next morning. When I arrived at the shop I expected it might be a long wait, but the work was done in about a half hour. The guys there were friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend them, whether you live in the area or are passing through.”
