First time in historic Lenox and discovered a very nice art gallery filled with fun and often whimsical arts and crafts of varied price points! I couldn't resist sitting on the cat bench, so adorable!! The shop is nicely designed around clusters of different artists' works so it is easy to experience their work. Nice lighting and customer service! @NancieBalun

Wonderful store with so many amazing things made by local artists. If you’re in Lenox, stop in and see what they have. The woman working there was very pleasant and helpful. Disregard the poor reviews from badly behaved parents who don’t know how to control their children in a business that has some expensive items.

Rude, angry and obnoxious behavior toward a family. Extremely snobbish owner. Items on display allowed to be touched by some customers yet making condescending comments when two young men expressed interest - “don’t touch unless you have money to spend”. May have treated us worse than other customers because of our accents? Yelled at both us and our children using excessive profanity. Repeatedly invited physical altercation when we stepped outside. Unbelievable. Never seen anything like this. Avoid at all costs.

Wow. Just witnessed the most awful customer service ever. Hard to imagine what can provoke the worst behavior by a store owner towards potential customers. Complete lack of professionalism.
