Worst CVS experience by far and I have a lot of them over the years. I wanted to use my cvs coupons. Staff said I had to enter my coupons before she rung me up. I said ok, please void this and ring me up again (I had $20 in extra bucks). She froze and declined to do this. She seemed very confused as I repeated again, void this transaction and I will use my extra bucks when you ring me up again.I was extremely overly polite as well for context.
Mr. Dastolli you are the manager. Please look into this matter. Is this a policy? Could I have gone to self check out to use my extra bucks? I ended up paying $60 for the items and left as the staff seemed to reach her capabilities. I hope this review helps CVS.

This is a shout out for the team member Lesa at the CVS in Lenox. I've had her many times as the cashier and she is consistently pleasant, friendly, helpful and patient.

Called this pharmacy, was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. When I gave My information to the rep. She typed it in completely wrong twice after I coearly Spelled out both times my name and date of birth. She was the irritable toward me, not listening to what I was Asking and quickly rambled of something before hanging up on me. This is the second CVS in which the pharmacy has been very unprofessional and rude.

The CVS employees at the Lenox, MA location we’re super helpful and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Kelly the pharmacy clerk was awesome! The girl working the main store register that evening made sure to give me a freebie package of cold products including a COVID test kit which was perfect timing since I was there to stick up on cold related products due to my household being sick.

Went to pickup scripts at drive thru. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I pull up to window and it's closed! Lunch is 1:30 - 2. I was there at 1:10! Plus only 1 lane open for pickup. Sad CVS, sad....

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this CVS??? I am a local and use this CVS weekly and have never had an issue and the employees have always been helpful and go above and beyond when asked!!!

I found exactly what I was looking for. Selena assisted me and as always, and she is just such a ray of sunshine on any day but, especially today! She always goes above and beyond to make me and all the other customers feel welcomed and valued. If I was still in the recruitment business I would actively be offering her a job! Well done CVS for hiring a very special employee.
