The staff is Great. The assortment of matchable items are Fabulous. I'm in Health Insurance Sales & sometimes I get a late day appointment, so I put on a casual pair of pants, a sweater, scarf & earrings, and I am out the door, ready for any sales presentation, and I'm comfortable, while doing it.

The ladies who own/operate this gorgeous boutique are just wonderful! A review can't really put into words how kind and genuine they are. And their boutique is lovely! I visited this store today Saturday August 20 th around 1:30, no one greeted me or offered to help me. I took myself to the fitting room where I tried on a top. It didn't fit so I returned it to the rack myself no one asked me if I needed a different size. I found a hat I liked, i was holding it while looking at a row of tops. I was literally pushed out of the way by another customer and a sales person so she could peruse the same tops. The only time I was acknowledged was when I helped a sales girl escort a woman with a walker out the door. I decided not to buy the hat because this store does not deserve my business. Shame on you! I was visiting from NY where I can drop several thousands of dollars shopping in an afternoon.

I love Glad Rags!! The clothing is always sumptuous and the prices are very reasonable. The proprietor, Lynn West, is an easy going person who has great suggestions but doesn't push at all. My closet is much improved!
