Ended up with a flat tire, called AAA and Hoff’s was dispatched to my location. Glenn, the driver that was working that day, came to my rescue like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. Great communication, familiar with the area in terms of where my car was located in the shopping center, and most importantly THE BEST POSITIVE ATTITUDE. He didn’t skip a beat quickly swapped the tire with my spare while engaging in genuine conversation. We all know it’s hard to find hard working individuals these days but to have an enthusiastic and the glass is half full comically energized person is unheard of. Needless to say if I run into any other automotive troubles Hoff’a will be my first call. Thank you again Glenn, keep spreading that light.☀️

While on vacation in Stockbridge, MA my car suddenly overheated and my attempt to drive my vehicle to the auto shop resulted in maximum overheating. I called Hoffs Services and spoke with Glen who was very personable and helpful. He knew exactly where I was located and arrived when he said he would. As I am not from this area, Glen advised me on which auto shops were open on the July 4th weekend and took me and my car to Monro Auto Services in Lenox where I had another very positive experience. Thanks Glen.

Glen Hoff was the incredibly nice and helpful in a bad situation. Caught a flat tire on a long drive to Canada for Christmas holidays. On a Friday night, after 8PM and people ready for Christmas break, he leant his services and helped tow us to the local hotel. Friendly, empathetic and quick. Thank you Glen. Merry Christmas

Absolutely the worse customer service ever tow driver refuses to come out to assist due to my insurance company not immediately paying the $125 I have 2 fractures in my back been waiting over 2hrs I didn't think a company could be so rude and cruel I will never use this company ever again

Called AAA for a tow after truck broke down. Was told 45 minutes to an hour. No show. Waited longer like we were told still no show. 24 hours later they still haven’t shown up. Vehicle left on side of road. Incredibly poor service. If you use AAA, ask for someone other than Hoff’s.

Shout out to these guys as the help that comes when you need them!!!! I have AAA and today the dude that came to help me out when my car wouldn't start -- twice-- was helpful, courteous, and super knowledgable. Not the first time over the years, either. Thank you to these guys for being there!!! I highly recommend.
