“Resort is now called Miraval, and the golf course Wyndhurst. Only went for golf, and can say the course is in good condition. Greens are firm, but run a little slow. Fairways lush, and rough is penal as it should be. Definitely will be back.”

“Came here from my bachelorette this past weekend, services were great, wonderful building , beautiful location. The only thing I would complain about is my 80 minute scalp massage was done in a salon chair they wash your hair in. I’ve gotten scalp massages before, they lay me down in a massage bed open in the head section but still has something for you to rest your neck on. It’s days later and I am still so sore. I will have to go get another massage to get these knots out of my neck… I’m thankful my masseuse was so kind and kept trying to readjust my neck, but there was really no helping. It was a great place but for the price point, this shouldnt be so uncomfortable… They should have something other than a salon chair to give you a Scalp massage in… be warned.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. Nice boutique feel in this fully renovated hotel, which used to be a motor lodge a long time ago. The rooms were well designed and clean. Furniture and fixtures were new-ish. It was all above-average quality. The bed was very comfortable too.
The lobby serves as a club room/bar/restaurant, and it was definitely the common space where guests were hanging out. Legit outdoor patio area with firepits too. The staff and hospitality were very nice.
The hotel is pet-friendly and less than 5 minutes from downtown Lenox.”

“We will never get used to being greeted by an envelope and a code - it is so much less gracious than a human and a front desk. Feels like a very expensive Air BnB. That said, the room was spacious and very tastefully decorated - great spaces for reading, dresser / closet, excellent reading lights, beautiful bathroom (didn’t love the sheets or towels, though, and bed was hard). Very nice breakfast included, as well as cookies and The NY Times - very good touches. But our room was next to the exit door (noisy), and we couldn’t get back in using the key pad at 8:00 pm in 2 degree weather (it had
locked - we had to make an emergency
call).”
