This food store was perfectly located near our hotel that included a fridge and freezer and microwave. We saved at least a hundred bucks not having to eat out for lunch. In addition, breakfast was included so we were able to afford a few high end restaurants and taverns within Lenox after Tanglewood performances. This store had everything, including hard liquor! Convenient, clean, friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Also, the CVS is in the same lot!

Was running late bought several items had an issue ringing up in self check out they couldn’t get the money back so I had to wait didn’t have time so I let them just keep the nine dollars won’t ever go back again!!!!

Just stopped into this location just minutes before closing with my husband, I must say that our cashier Matthew S. was an absolute savior and able to answer all of my questions as I was uncertain about certain items I was about to purchase- most employees would rush us out the door with a short and negative demeanor but Matthew S. was there with a glowing attitude and pleasant reassurance with my concerns regarding some products I was not sure if I should take a chance on, he is clearly knowledgeable about Market 32 products and policies which made me feel confident moving forward with our purchases, people like him are tough to come by and I will say that I hope he is here every time we come in to shop, thank you Matthew S. and a big thank you to his management team for having him be a part of your team, we will be shopping here more often because of his level of care and support for our needs!

This place sucks. If you have more than 15 items you have to ring yourself out. So stupid. 9:30 in the morning and all that's open is the express lane and self check.

This Market32 is worth driving PAST. I had a hard time finding produce that wasn't rotten. I accidentally ended up buying a rotten onion. I left the rotten carrots, meat, and other items at the store. Thank goodness those other items were disgusting enough for me to leave notice and leave.Plus the layout of the store is nonsense. They have organic items sprinkled around with non-organic items. The store doesn't have the grocery store staples that I expect, based on shopping at other local stores (including other Market32 locations). As I walk through the store, I can't help but get incredibly frustrated by how things are not where they should be, or they don't have them, or the quality is garbage/rotten/expired.
