“Friendliest cashiers — hands down! The young woman who I believe now manages the store (and has worked there for years, from what I remember) is incredibly fast, efficient, and always greets you with a genuine smile.”
“Good selection of groceries overall. A couple of downsides: the saddest looking organic greens I've ever seen, and at times there can only be 1-2 checkout lanes open while the self-checkout is closed.”
“The blonde woman at customer service was delightful, kind and most importantly, helpful. However one of the 'young' girls, cashier, that work especially, until midnight need to be let go... rude, very disrespectful. I shop atleast every other day here, but mostly because, they're the only grocery store open between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00a...We need you to be open 24 hours again!! Nurses, hospital employees or just anyone who needs some things and can't get there until night, need that...especially since the stores that are open 24 hours, here in our towns, either aren't safe or they charge $7 for a gallon of milk. You should survey the Berkshires! Who makes these decisions anyway?!

“I’ve never had a bad experience here. They have a soup bar and a sushi bar. Their selection of food is huge, from pre-made to raw ingredients, you can get whatever your little heart desires. It’s all appropriately priced with frequent BOGO sales. The staff is friendly and helpful, they don’t seem distracted or withdrawn from their duties. My only complaint is the length of the lines, the average wait time to check out is around 10 minutes. But that’s just because it’s a grocery store, it’s not a company problem per se.”
