It’s ridiculous how they make u wait with ur car that u cannot start (to keep warm) for 4hrs in 1 degree weather n tell u that u have to be with the car just for the tow truck guy to call you 10 mins before he arrives n says u can leave just leave the keys in the car. It’s ridiculous. Coulda been home hours ago… It’s ok tho! …only my toes n fingers are frozen and I’m probably close to being hypothermic. But it’s all good!

I left a message at 8:45 on a Monday morning and received a returned phone call from Tara less than an hour later. She was so pleasant and answered all of my questions.
I attended my appointment this morning. The office was busy but the customer service was outstanding! Denise assisted me and she made me feel like I was the only customer there! I HIGHLY recommend this Leominster Triple AAA location.

Used AAA 's RMV function for vision test and photo to renew driver's license. Used RMV's online svc to start. Finished and left 3 minutes BEFORE scheduled appt.

Worst ever I tried several times to get my wife's insurance fixed only to have them say I was not a member my wife is a member you actually convinced my wife I was in the wrong 3 times I had to 1 call her 2 pick her up 3 drive all the way to auburn because auburn let me do the work I needled to do
