First , great for licenses and passports , disgraceful for road service. They should be ashamed taking money for services and not fulfilling them. Twice in a year they don't bother to show up after multiple calls. Not the company that they were years ago. Thieves take $$ money without services.

I am disgusted! I had called for a flat tire to replaced with my spare and specified on each call that a lug nut tire iron was needed to remove my spare from the undercarriage of my vehicle. They came out to service my vehicle, and all four times, they could not change my flat tire! I spent several hours trying to get something as simple as a flat tire to be replaced with my spare. tire, and all four times the company that came to replace it, could not, simply because they did not have a lug nut wrench tire iron! These are universal and are not specific to any type of vehicle and are used for tire changing. How does a company claim they can replace a flat tire with a spare tire, and not have a very simple tire changing tool that is needed to do so! On the last call, the service company representative called me and refused to come out to replace my flat tire with a spare, claiming that I needed to go to the dealership to get the flat changed because they do not have a tire iron wrench! The woman was extremely rude and confrontational, as if it was my fault that they didn't have a tire wrench? She refused to hear that all I needed was a lug nut tire iron wrench, telling me only the dealership of where I purchased my vehicle would have a universal lug nut tire wrench! How do they not have a proper tool to change the tire! How does someone justify they cannot change a flat tire simply because they don't have a proper tire changing tool! I am sick to my stomach over this. I spent over 8 hours initially trying to get my flat tire fixed, going back and forth with company representatives, and now two days later, which is today, I still have a flat tire, even though I have a spare that is available to be used. How does a company not have proper tire changing tools! All that is needed is a lug nut wrench tire iron! How can a company not have the capacity to remove a spare from an undercarriage of a vehicle when it is a universal wrench that can be used on any vehicle! I have the rest of the parts to remove the spare tire from the undercarriage, but the woman refused to listen to me, and then after four times of coming out for service because each time they did not have the proper tool, they refused to service my vehicle. I have the AAA service because they claim they can change flat tires and replace with my spare tire , but yet they CANNOT! This is ridiculous. What kind of roadside assistance company cannot do such a simple task. I am a nervous wreck over this and still am at a loss! Two days later, I still have a flat tire, even though I have a spare.

What a great experience I had today. The appointment wasn't scheduled until tomorrow, but they got me in anyway. Staff was very friendly and the place was very clean.

Triple A it’s supposed to be renew any drive license, but know they just renew how has SS. Today I come to RMV and they says “they’re supposed to be renewed any drive license independently if you have SS” Thank you for make me lost my time.

I Have my business insurance with AAA Northeast. I was notified of Non-renewal from Hartford Insurance by AAA agency at the end of may. (They don't cover some of the services my company now does.) My agent Emma Pickering notified me at that time, that we have plenty of time to find another carrier. After 2 months of emails asking for them to reissue a policy, I was told the "Underwriters are looking" and they would get a new policy out to me. Fast forward to the last 3 weeks, I now get an email from Diana Otero at AAA. She says the underwriters can not verify my website, and I actually had Go Daddy correct an SSL problem. (Website corrected the same day as I was notified.) Now we are at 1 week prior to expiration, and I email Diana noting I will file a complaint that the agency has ignored my emails, phone calls and requests. I receive a phone call the next day, and I was told the underwriters are looking into it, and I will have a policy in place. Today is now my last day prior to expiration, and I am now forced to find a policy from another agent, due to their lack of response, detail, and professionalism. I have been lied to, and discarded from this agency, and their lack of attention is horrible. I am a business owner who was told they would take care of my reissue, and they failed on multiple levels. Now I am having extreme difficulty finding a carrier that writes my type of company voluntarily, and may have a lapse in coverage which will force my rates much higher.
