Took my time after work to make a stop at AT&T in this location to cancel and return my Apple Watch only to find I couldn’t be assisted when it stated I could do so in store. Like change your policy if you’re lazy and aren’t able to. Much appreciate it. Second time that it happened.

iPhone 15 pro Not supporting Access to common phone applications, such as mapQuest, Uber, or Lyft. Even though cell connection bars are strong simply doesn’t load the applications. Can’t even load the apps application to load new applications. The only way these common applications work is if I have a Wi-Fi that I am using. At&t tested at the store, Best Buy, the Apple Store all test my phone there is nothing wrong with the phone. Just fails. AT&T just simply coming up short, very disappointed

Regarding the AT&T service, it was the worst attention regarding the small print of the contract or the plan of my S23 ultra x the S24 ULTRA because supposedly they were going to deduct 1000 dollars from me but they told me that I cannot leave for 36 months because if I do I lose the cell phone that I handed in and the 1000 dollars that they were supposed to deduct from me, I also lose it and on top of that the 611 service is the worst in the world because I don't know if they say that the calls are recorded, they allow those who attend to you to lie to you and they already know The only thing they say is sorry and they don't help solve what they themselves ruined and don't lose money like what happened to me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ATT FRANCHISE!!!! THEY COMMIT CONSUMER FRAUD!!!!
I went to this ATT Franchise on 10/5 and experienced one of the worst acts of consumer fraud I have ever experienced.
They said I had to sign up for Insurance and Next Up for each phone I was purchasing if I wanted to complete the process for the 3 phones I was upgrading. It was necessary they said.
Meanwhile, because I was purchasing the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra for one of my upgrades they gave me a free JBL Extreme as a promotion. All I had to do was pay the taxes for this item for which I paid.
I then called ATT to verify their claims, and they said that I was scammed by this franchise, and I didn’t have to purchase any of these extras. They then removed the insurance, but I had to wait 15 days to remove Next Up which was a $30 charge.
In the meantime, two of the phones were returned so that the trade in would be applied.
I called ATT to remove the next up after 15 days. The ATT representative asked me about the 31.66 a month bill for 1 year that was tagged onto one of the phones that was returned.
It turns out, the franchise, after receiving the phones that were turned in, pulled the next consumer fraud, and charged my account for the JBL Extreme they gave me as a promotion applying it to one of the phones being returned. ATT must have called them about what they did the first time which must have angered them.
ATT reversed all this for me the second time but I am still calling consumer protection against this franchise to save other people from this fraud.
ONCE AGAIN DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ATT FRANCHISE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Place is a joke. Rude, not helpful. Answering the phone without even saying excuse me while ur sitting right in front of them. The Asian lady specifically has no idea what customer service is. After the visit I had here I’m switching back to Verizon!!!

I recently went to the AT&T store in Leominster Ma. Close to the Mall. I waited maybe 10 minutes tops. The manager Jose waited on me. I wanted an upgrade for my wife's phone. It turns out the direction I wanted to go in for her wasn't the best. Jose Never made me feel rushed. He took his time and I got a great deal.

Staff didn’t seem to know what I was talking about and or how to explain the answer to me. Normally when I go in there there’s a long wait not enough staff. Really don’t care for that outlet AT&T store

Received A+ service at this store today. After a terrible experience at another AT&T store yesterday, I was relieved that the staff at this store are attentive and friendly. I called ahead to verify they had the phone in stock before placing an online order. Jonathan confirmed they had the phone and told me he would set it aside for me. I placed my order online and had the order filled within an hour. When I went to pick up my order, he knew exactly who I was and had the phone ready.That’s the way customer service should be! Thanks so much for taking care of your customers!
