Awful experience. My husband and I went to upgrade our iPhones. After being patient with the process, we were told we needed to turn off the security setting on our phones to do the transfer to our new phones. Ok, no problem. Then he said "it'll take an hour to turn off because it's a security feature" but said if we went home and did it on our WiFi it would be instant. (This would have been good to know before 30 min into the process) We told him we lived not too far away so we'd do that because we had to get the kids in about an hour. We asked if we should come back another day. He assured us we had time, so we went home quickly and went right back to the store, maybe 10 min total. The door was locked with a sign stating they were on lunch for a half hour. Why didn't he say this before?!? He essentially got us out of the store knowing he was going to do this. AWFUL customer service. Just be honest to your customers. We will be upgrading elsewhere, this place went way downhill.

Kevin is awesome at troubleshooting and got to the root cause of our issues in transferring data from old phone to new phone. Activated new phone successfully where other AT&T stores couldn't figure it out. Thank you Kevin!!
