“First visit today. Marinated chicken breast, hand cut steak tips to preference, pork sandwich in cooler at counter and some snacks that are hard to find. Very reasonable prices and nice owners!Will be back!”
“Did my first pig at Blood this year. Head and feet were so clean, didn’t know if I should eat them or put them in a museum. USDA packaging is excellent (paper with plastic or plastic liner).
Wish list: weights written on packages instead of blanks (had to unpack, weigh packaging and scale to other cuts), roasts and chops detailed to the section (blade, rib, center).
Coming back next year with at least two pigs with no regrets.”
