At first it was a great experience until the movers lost half of my items and it took two weeks for them to find them and now theyre making me pay rent even though I have no items in storage anymore because I felt like I couldn't trust them to store my things without losing them. Too good to be true.

As I scrambled to find a good resource to assist with my moving and storage needs, I thankfully came across this company. From the first call and throughout all of the other calls (and there were several!) they provided great customer service. Extremely pleased with my experience. I LOVE this company!

Closetbox helped me store some furniture, a mattress, and a few boxes while I was between apartments. The service is almost shockingly affordable. I had no issues coordinating having my things picked up. Their customer service was very friendly and helpful when we spoke on the phone.

Horrible customer service . They have no control over the third party movers who come for your stuff. I waited all day Saturday to get my stuff back and today I've been waiting for three hours now to get my things back. Their so called agents don't answer the phone after a million calls to them, and the customer is just left waiting. Don't choose this for your loving needs, they make pick up very easy but drop off is like getting the ring from golum.

Closetbox is by far the easiest way to store things for the summer for a college student. The movers came to my dorm and picked everything up so that I didn't have to waste time or money moving everything to storage.

Closetbox was an easy and inexpensive option for me to store my belongings for the summer! Everyone with whom I spoke was very professional and friendly, and they had professional movers come to move my boxes without any issues.
