“The land trust and the people working there are just the nicest folks. I was able to borrow adaptive wheelchair from them. Which allowed me to go hiking on flat trails across Massachusetts. Ryanne is great and supportive so if you’re handicapped and you still wanna go out on the trails and you can use a Grit chair from NCLT free!!!!”
“I don’t have a car and I don’t live close to a grocery store. I am anemic. I’ve had to do almost all of my grocery shopping at Dollar Tree. Being the same distance from my home as Dollar Tree, the mobile stop of Growing Places in Green Acres, I go there on Mondays. Being able to access fresh fruits and vegetables has made a marked difference in my health. The workers are pleasant and very helpful. I look forward to my trips to the mobile market. If you have food stamps/snap, you are enrolled in the HIP program. You can get FREE produce. If you aren’t utilizing this you are crazy.”
