I needed a ring resized. They did it quickly, they were up front with pricing and had it ready written they said they would. And they are super pleasant!

Best customer service around! Staff is patient and willing to work with you on price as well. They offer many options and are very knowledgeable. Never had a bad experience! Been shopping there for 25+ years. Love that they offer jewelry for any budget and a variety of styles!

Roger is the absolute best and very accommodating. Bought our wedding rings, and nice necklace for the wife. I've got burned at Kay Jewelers and will never go back to a chain store..
