This business needs to be obliterated off the planet! Do not consign with them! They have very deceiving business practices. Any items unsold will be donated and that must have been in very small print because I did not recall reading that while signing the contract. What I do recall is they promised us at least 40 dollars for a motorized baby chair that we payed 100 for and my son only used it once. For a chair valued at 100 they could only pay out about 13 bucks for it , total rip off! I also consigned a bassinet with them worth 300 and I’m going to claim it back because I don’t trust them. They were not transparent enough in their policies. My wife and I feel very scammed by them.. You will have better luck selling on eBay or Facebook marketplace. This place seemed like a good cause I tried to be open minded and they screwed us over.

Scammers is all I can say. Stay away!!! Do not try to give them stuff to get credit. They rushed a 16 year old into signing a consent without verbally warning her or me that any unprocessed merchandise will be donated . Then they will tell you you signed for it. When you rush a 16 year old she will not read the whole contract. She should also be told this info verbally. 250 dollars worth of Lululemon stuff donated. I was present and Noone told her that verbally before she was rushed to sign.
I wouldn't have let her leave the place without taking her stuff back home with her.

Placed an order online and the Customer Service was absolutely outstanding. I had a small issue with my order (technically no ones fault) and Cindy was so helpful, she went above and beyond to make it right. The shipping was quick and the response time/communication was fast.

I visited this place in April. I thought this was a drop-off and get credit to buy same day. But I've never tried the consignment process, so decided to leave a full basket. They advised they had a waiting time of 3 weeks to get my stuff on the floor to sell. On my way out the racks for toddlers girls were pretty empty, so I thought my basket was going to be out soon enough. The staff was very nice. But I'll stick to Once upon a child same day credit process...

I've been shopping/consigning here for about 9 years. I absolutely love this store and the employees. Brand name items for a lot less than retail.
I'm not sure why others complain about consignment. I've never had an issue. And, I'm helping the planet. It's a WIN-WIN!

Love going here for all things kid's clothes, shoes, toys and even maternity wear while I was pregnant! It's the only consignment shop I've found that has maternity! Great quality clothes, only lightly worn or brand new and great prices! I've found nice books, baby carriers, snow gear, and women's clothes without spending a fortune!

I love shopping here and bringing items for consignment! I am able to pass on some items and I am able to use some of the money I earn to buy some new stuff! It's a win win!

I've only been in this store twice, the first time was because it was next door to a place I had to go too and he bought my son stuff and found out that they take toys, shoes, clothes, etc... Well I brought some toys in one big and one maybe medium size. They turned my and my fiance away because we needed to clean them better (even though they told us they clean them) and we had to replace the batteries... Why would I go out of my way to pay for new batteries and then to find out we may never get paid for the items if they don't sell! Also found out that they may not go on the shelves for Months!!!! I'm sorry but this place ot horrible when it comes to selling your stuff but buying stuff it's wonderful! I ended up giving the toys away to free to a family in need for Christmas. So don't sell stuff her just shop.

I love this place! Some items from Shein or Walmart are priced way too high but it’s whatever. Everyone is super helpful and it’s really easy to consign here. 5/5 recommend, you will always find something you love.

I’ve had a lot of issues with this store, the way the do business, and especially the prices for used items. But I’ve resisted the urge to post a review until the last two times I’ve been in the store. Today I bought in a baby swing, freshly cleaned, mind you I am 9 months pregnant rushing from work to make it before the extremely strict 3pm cut off for dropping off, I lug this thing all the way to the back of the store and am told they will not take it because there’s “no room on the floor” and proceeded to tell me to call in advance next time. There is absolutely nothing on the website that says you must call in advance of dropping things off, it actually says no appointments necessary and urges you to bring item down, with a large item limit of 2. I was bringing one single large item and was turned away - then had to lug this thing back to my car once again, very pregnant, and I know I won’t have time in the near future to make it there in the 10-3 window. I feel the people accepting consignment are always very rude, inconsiderate, and have a too good attitude. I suggest adding some verbiage to the website about this type of situation so others aren’t put in the same position I was today.

My account has nothing on it! I'm shocked. I sold my winter clothes for almost $150 but my account for spwhen they should be open ring clothes shows "no transactions." I've just tried calling but no one answered, Many new, unworn, name brands, with tags still on. Included a Michael Kors bag, never used, with tags still on for 4228. a new Calvin Klein dress, never worn, with tags still on. New LIz Claiborne, new Tahari peep toe heels, new Skechers comfortable shoes. This isn't making any sense to me.Did they just give them all away because they didn't wnt to process them? The last time I was there the sales lady told me they had just sold one of my pairs of shoes and she described them exactly as I had left them. What happened to those?omething doesn't seem right here.I left tons of women's clothes, shoes, and bags. I am the same person wwho made $150 on my winter clothes. When I was there they said there was sweat on them. But I DON'T SWEAT, not even at the gym. Plus I pay extra for Secret Invisible deodorant, which doesn't even leave a white mark on the clothes. There were so many name brands, unworn clothes, with tags still on them. I don't understand.Buyer beware -The owner just reponded to me that I had picked up payment for my spring/summer items in May. CORRECTION, I DID NOT receive any payment for the many new spring or summer items I left. The payment I received on May 25 was for the last of my fall/winter items. I only left my many spring /ummer items on the same day of May 25. They hadn'r even been processed by then.
