This used to be my go-to CVS pharmacy (not the store itself) but not anymore. Unfortunately you can’t call the pharmacy and speak to a human being anymore. I’m not trying to call for any BS reason either, I need to know if they have my medication in stock and that takes less than ten seconds to answer. Looks like I have to go to Walgreens now

Horrible automated system. No ability to speak to a pharmacist when you call. 4-5 days before refills requests that needed authorization are even being sent to the dr. Not the CVS service I've received for year. Will likely make a change if this is the new CVS standard.

Do not get your prescriptions filled here. They are never open when they are supposed to be, they will not help you and you will spend hours just desperately trying to contact a pharmacist. Fill them at any other CVS in Leominster, but not here. Fair warning.

I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. They work under extremely difficult circumstances with large orders and people seeking help. The place is busy all the time and especially during flu season. I appreciate their professionalism.

Called pharmacy the person on phone wouldn't listen wouldn't let my sentences finish before she spoke like she was rushing me off she was so very rude practicality hung upFirst time at this location someone was this rude! Terrible customer service!

Unfortunately after many years will be leaving CVS and using a different company for my pharmacy as well as the store. Why does the whole pharmacy have to shut down for a lunch time of a half hour? Once again another company has taken the value of a customer and decided that they're more important then the customer service based company they are part of! These chains are starting to show their real view when it comes to their customers and we are not subject to only doing business with them. It is an inconvenience to get all the way here after being harassed for over a week to pick up prescriptions that are filled before they need to be. You tell them to take you off of the automatic refill and they do it anyway. They've even filled prescriptions that were told I didn't want to take anymore. It is obvious the objective is to pump out as many pills as they can. Since my time is wasted and harassed I will be going to a different Service company. Bye!!
