horrible costumer service, they were rude and didn’t even speak to you , they only spoke to eachother in there own language. the place was very messy and priced way to high for a “dollar tree” i paid 7 dollars for a tiny box of leaves ?

Yes I was in there on Monday and I left my wallet at the checkout. I called back and was told they had my wallet however the 90.00 in cash was missing. I guarantee if the cameras were accessed you would see that no customer picked it up, took the cash snd just left the wallet. So now the 90 dollars I had to spend for the rest of the month is gone. Oh yeah and an unused debit card which wasn't mine was put in my wallet, knda sick joke. I thought about reporting it to there store manager but it's pointless because they're all in in on it Should I just let it go or should I call the better business bureau I guess I'm just lucky they at least had the decency to give back the wallet. I'm on a fixed income and this just sucks

Super bad customer service, a lady (not sure if she was the manager) was very rude with everyone, like we were all beasts (around 2:05pm, on station 1), next time I will go to the one located in Fitchburg.

Watch your total and receipt closely. The cashier "accidentally" hit $50 cash back, but didn't notice it til I asked why my total was over $70. I was charged the $1 fee for it, not actually wanting the cash back
