Empire Athletics is a local gym founded in 2017, open 24/7 for day passes and memberships. It is not a typical big box chain but a gym for people who take fitness seriously. The facility is awesome and amazing, with three gym areas, plenty of workout machines, great equipment, and a section for boxing. It offers a good motivational environment with friendly, welcoming, and encouraging staff. The on-site café provides delicious protein shakes, smoothies, coffee, and other fire drinks. Many consider it the best gym around, highly recommended for reaching fitness goals.

Great establishment friendly staff, 3 gyms(2 indoor and 1 outdoor), and the café is A-1. I would highly recommend over a crunch or planet fitness, for sure. Best gym I’ve ever been to.
