When I called to inquire about getting a rental, I was never once informed that my insurance didn’t cover SUVs. When Ga went over the paperwork with me, he only mentioned a $100 refundable fee. He also did not tell me what the total amount was/give me a receipt before rushing me out since I showed up 30min before they closed and they had other people waiting. Not happy with my experience because of poor customer service and lack of communication.

I rented a van to go to Canada today and I'm very grateful for the agent who took care of me; he told me about the restrictions due to vehicle thefts over the border, helped me accordingly and it was even cheaper than I had expected. Very grateful and appreciative; thanks guys and I'm sorry I don't remember the agents name, hopefully he gets some credit for this. ?

I rented a Toyota Corolla for ten days from this location. I was very pleased with the service provided by Ga, the manager. This is the third time I have rented from here when visiting in Massachusetts.

I used my credit card at this location on August 25th around 9:00 a.m. I had rented that car for one day and they said that they would charge my card 257 and then I would be reimbursed going down to the 44 and change for my rental. I just had my card shut down that I never use online or anywhere else other than gas. I now have three fraudulent charges with a car rental (Turbo)company and two airlines (United and Cheapo Air). Somebody over there is gleaning credit card information and using it fraudulently so if I was you I would pay in cash whenever you can at this location. Something fishy is going on. They've corrupted my JetBlue card and now I have to get a new one. These charges resulted in thousands of dollars that luckily JetBlue is taken care of but I will be talking to the manager tomorrow morning I promise you.I use this card like I said only for gas. One day I use it for a rental company and then all the sudden all hell breaks loose on my card. I'll probably be bringing the police with me in the morning.

Starting July 21, 2023 i rented a vehicle for an upcoming roadtrip. Was told all that was left was an all electric vehicle. If that was not okay they might have something Saturday. Might being the problematic word there. As well we wanted to be on the road before 9 AM. That was just the starts of the problems. The vehicle was not fully charged because an associate had taken the vehicle home overnight. 37% charge is unacceptable. Had to charge at my residence overnight with the adapter that came with the vehicle. Overnight only gave me charge to 57%. We had to stop to charge the vehicle way too many times. We also had a low tire turned flat by monday. Part of our trip was to Detroit. FYI Michigan is not a state for completely electric vehicles. The state does not have many chsrging locations. From where we were in Dearborn to the next charging station in Ann Arbor we would never have made it. So also, due to a flat tire we changed to an all gas vehicle at the airport. Z and Jenee went above and beyond to help us. Made sure the vehicle we had was full tank, low mileage, and clean as a whistle. The rest of the trip was smooth sailing. My recommendations; never take an EV unless you have specifically reserved it. Never accept it as being the only option. And unless you truly have no other option, really think about renting from Leominster, MA.

Starting in Leominster, MA with a fully electric vehicle with 37% charge. Not a good thing when planning a roadtrip halfway across the country. Having it as the only option for the night or possibly have something the next day. Finally made it to detroit where Z and Jenee at the airport were amazing at helping us swap vehicles. Jenee and Z went above and beyond my expectations. The rest of the trip was great after that.

Absolutely awful! Made a reservation for an SUV, which we planned to take on a short road trip. Went to pick it up and there were no SUVs left. We were offered an compact car instead, which in no way came close to what we needed. When pressed on why they didn't haven't anything available, they gave some lame excuse about how they had 10 cars in the shop.DO NOT rent from here. You're not likely to get what you originally rented and will instead just waste your time.

Dylan, Conor and PatI was extremely satisfied with the car and the service my wife and I received at the Leominster store. The car was safe, comfortable and very clean. The guys attended to us with great attention and kindness, we appreciate that, they made us serve us well. Thanks for your great work.
