Worst customer service, and worst place to shop ever. Avoid this dirty store. The store has a Rude and racist Manager refuse to let me exchange a charger. Short dirty blond glasses store manager was very racist and kept on screaming ? at me, and refuse to let me return a charger I purchased a week ago with her. . Worst place ever, Manager is extremely rude ,unprofessional, she kept on screaming at me. No I don't recommend this place?. I will escalate this to corporate to get my money back.

Avoid there, manager is rude, racist and disrespectful. I bought a type C, phone charger a week ago, on Friday 3/17/23 , I try to exchanged the charger because the item is defective , it did not work in my car. I love this place!!!! Samantha and Shane are both very very good workers!!! Samantha is blonde beautiful and bubbly with a contagious smile and Shane is very kind sweetheart with a contagious smile as well. They always make sure I have everything I need and even hold the door open for me if we walk in at the same time. They even ask how I am when I see them . It feels like I'm seeing family when I go in there. Highly recommended ????

I just came from this location, I did not see a well kept store. It was old and dirty. But I know they have help issues. Cashier did not speak, but the big issue is when I got home and I was taking things out of the bag. Out crawled either a stink bug or a cockroach! I can't tell the difference, they look similar but ewwww people!

these people are doing the best they can with the tools they have. customers may be always right but man are some people coddled. i give all the credit to the people who choose to work retail, the type of people they have to deal with day in and day out.....its amazing. jeez. i read some of the one star reviews and theyre all just wicked out of touch. retail workers deserve our gratitude, not our contempt.

Man when they say everything is 1 dollar they mean it. Just moved in down the block after a bad break up and needed things fast. They had all I needed and more definitive helped out in a pinch for a man with low fundage
