Family Farms

Convenience Stores
Hours: Family Farms is a convenience and variety store that receives mixed feedback from customers. Many people adore the store, describing the people on board as excellent and the products sold as awesome. Customers frequently stop by, often in the morning on the way to work, and are always pleasantly greeted by the manager, who makes their day every time. Never has there been an unfriendly encounter with any of the staff. One traveler, after a long journey, found the store and was greeted by a very polite and courteous employee who helped find good sandwiches and other items. When the traveler’s phone service wasn’t working, this employee went out of the way to help make an important call on another phone, relieving stress and resolving the problem. The employee and a co-worker were very nice and gave directions to a nearby establishment. However, some customers are confused and frustrated that the store is out of Crown 100s cigarettes every weekend. This leads to spending extra money on a different brand twice a week, which is getting old. The store asked for another chance, and the customer respects that, but the taste difference between shorts and 100s is significant.
