So I walked into firestone on a Friday was told that the tires I needed were at another location and that I could have them installed on Monday made the appointment . I dropped off the truck and no tires .Was told by the manager I could reschedule another appointment for the following Friday. This is after I already took today off to get this done.very poor way af doing business

I scheduled an appointment online for 5pm the next day and called the day of the service for confirmation since I did not receive an email. During the conversation I was told that my appointment was at 3pm and I explained that I work at that time and would’ve never scheduled anything that early. Apparently, 5pm is too late for the service I requested and my appointment was changed without notifying me. Needless to say, I didn’t make it to my 3pm slot and was asked to drop the car off the next day which does not work since I need the vehicle to get to my job.

the worst place to change your tire in Leominster MA. little space, few employees and they never manage to assist you.

alignment was done 3k miles ago and now we have uneven tire wear. inside edge of the front tire was almost down to the steel belts after Firestone did their alignment and 3k miles later. The lifetime alignment is useless if the people performing the alignment can't do it correctly to begin with. Go somewhere else and avoid this place.

I’ve been a loyal Firestone customer for some time now, but I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. I had my front brakes on my Corolla worked on in April 2023 when my car had 136,449 miles. By July 2024, with only 10,000 additional miles, I began experiencing violent wheel shaking whenever braking above 30 mph.
I took my car to a different mechanic, who discovered that the rotors had been installed incorrectly.
This error caused them to rust prematurely and wear out far before they should have. As a result, I had to replace both the front rotors and brake pads, which cost me nearly $500.
Sadly this means I will not be returning in the future, and I would not recommend anyone else go either.

Had two seperate bad experiences here. First my girlfriend had a problem with her tires amd need them replaced. They had said nothing about her brakes and rotor being severely ready for a change. The alignment they had done was incorrect and drove worse when we left. Second was just today my mother had a lug nut loose and she stopped by and there was a long wait just to tighten one nut. Luckily there was a couple outside that let us borrow their tire iron.

I have had two incredible experiences with Firestone in Leominster. My first experience was with James to replace my tires. I explained what I was looking for and he provided options explaining the difference between them. The tires I chose weren't in stock at his location but he made a call, found the tires, had them delivered to this location and notified me when they had arrived setting up time that same day to have them done. Not only was I extremely pleased with the service, the tires are great as well!
When the tires were done, I asked to take a look at the brakes. I had two conflicting opinions (not from Firestone). Not only did they take the time to look at the brakes, they provided me with an overview and estimate. I scheduled an appointment for the brakes and received the same outstanding service with Ramon and James.
I would highly recommend Firestone. These were my first experiences and I was not disappointed with the services and the cost was within the range I was expecting. Great job Firestone!

I just recently moved to Leominster and naturally on my way home from work yesterday my car started shaking like a leaf and I had pulled over to realize my front tire was completely bald to the point the threads where showing. I new I had to get into somewhere quick but being a girl and having absolutely no idea what I'm doing I was a nervous wreck about being taken advantage of. I called a few local spots to get quotes bc as we all know moving is expensive and I'm so happy I went with Firestone. I spoke on the phone with a gentleman named Ramon and he went above and beyond to help me out. He was able to get me in right away just shy under an hour before they closed. He explained everything to me thoroughly and even offered to let me watch the service so I could get a better understanding of what he was doing, which I didn't end up doing but the gesture itself was so kind and really put my mind at ease. The service was extremely quick and that's also always appreciated as-well seeing as I had my wild child with me. The price for the service was better than any other quotes I had gotten and in 2024 that was extremely helpful. Ramon was just overall such a nice man and I'll be recommending all my friends to go there for their car services. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! And I wholeheartedly appreciate your help yesterday Ramon So thank you!

I bought a brand new car in September 2023 from a dealership. I decided to mount winter tires on it and purchased and had them mounted by Firestone in Leominster. When I received my car back, sealant was leaking out of almost all of the tires. The next day I woke up and one of the tires was COMPLETELY flat. I called them and they blamed me and said I must have ran over a nail on my trip home. Nope! Turns out they OVERFILLED my tires by 8-10PSI. I started receiving warnings on the dash about it while driving on the highway. FOURTHLY, my front-right tire consistently loses pressure no matter what I do. Even 7 months later and with my seasonal tires back on. Pretty sure they caused permanent damage to the rim or something. Literally never go here. I won't bother telling them about it because I'm sure I'll be blamed for it. This was a BRAND NEW car from the dealership we're talking about! Ridiculous. They cost me more money than anything.

I have been a customer for years. I usually have an appointment set but always seems like my vehicle doesn't get into garage 1/2 hour later. I will be going back in the future.
