More then disappointed, I wasn't treated great, got ignored by the women doing my nails. Had to consistently ask she nails to be even and to look the same with shape. Booked a appointment 3 days early for my wedding, requesting someone for detailed, left with glue under my nails and skin, 7 bubbles in the nails polish, had to get them redone this morning.

I showed up 5 minutes late, and took quite a bit to pick a color, so I felt bad personally that I inflicted past my appointment time BUT Lisa was so kind and made sure she was doing what I wanted despite the place filling with walk-ins and the next scheduled appointment. I didn’t feel rushed even though I could tell she was starting to get busy so I have to apologize for my *own* time blindness but the place is so clean and outstanding and the nails themselves are stunning. I got a full acrylic set with gel and a design <3 this was my first time back in 6 years (same people, new salon name to avoid confusion with other nail salon in the area) because I didn’t live close enough to revisit before now, and they’re so consistently awesome literal years later. I’ll be back again (on time)!

I love going to Elegant Nails. The team is so friendly and always willing to help their customers feel welcome and comfortable. They all work really well together and are always laughing and enjoying each other. They are respectful as a team and towards their customers.
I feel like I am with friends each and every time I arrive. They welcome me with smiles and politeness. I love the effort they put into giving the clients what they want. Lisa is a great leader and Tommy always has a funny story to share. ?
If you are a picky person, I don’t recommend this place to you because they work better with people who are kind, patient, and understanding. This team works really hard and I always appreciate effort and kindness over anything else! I love you all at Elegant Nails! ? ?

Nice place but someone had a kid running around screaming rolling chairs everywhere they didn't seem to care. Was my first visit so it wasn't relaxing at all. Lisa was nice but I will be calling her in next day or so the top coat faded away a few hours later she had issues with it before not sure if I'll go a second time.

do not go here for gel powder french tip!! came here to get my prom nails done. She was doing them very fast and not taking her time. The lines were very wonky and zig zaggy. i wish they would have told me before that they couldn’t do it. I asked her multiple times as we went on if she could fix the lines and she said they will fix when she uses the tool. When we finished she blamed it on the powder thickness, which is fine if she had told me earlier bc i would have just done a solid color! Then she offered to do silver lines to cover up the lines but it was not the look I wanted for my prom. Ended with them taking off my nails and me leaving to a new salon.

I decided to try this nail salon since it's close to my house and open on Sunday's. I was very satisfied with my refill and gel polish. She was quick and was very detailed oriented. The price was similar to other salons. Just be aware, they do not accept credit cards on the weekend. Just be prepared with cash.

Came and got a full set & pedi today and could not be happier! Everyone is so friendly and the salon is in pristine condition. Could not recommend this place more! Lisa did my full set and she truly went above and beyond for me! Her nail art is exquisite and she is so friendly! Everyone’s hard work here shows and I appreciate it more than anything!!

I have been coming to Lisa for dips and pedicures for 5 years now. She always does a great job! She takes her time with me and I always leave happy. Lisa runs a clean, friendly and beautifully decorated Salon with lots of products to choose from. I would definitely recommend this business to others!
