I had Long, beautiful hair below my butt. I explained I wanted to keep my length get some layers curtain bangs and trim the very ends. I told the lady I wanted it to be blended and she butchered my hair. The front is a short as my chin and just drops down to my lower back there’s no layers. My hair is short to my bicep and all my length is gone. I don’t know if she was new at cutting hair or if she just continue to second-guess herself three times she tried to get me out of the chair and I had to ask her to continue to blend my hair please to the point where I just paid and Cried hysterically in my car.

I’ve been to Great Clips twice now , two different locations and have gotten haircuts that I was very happy with! There are times when you go to a budget haircut chain and it’s hit or miss ! You can also find great coupons from time to time! Overall , very happy with Great Cuts in Westford and Leominster, MA.

After reading some reviews, I was a little hesitant, but I'm glad I went. I just needed a clean up, and the stylist was fantastic. Hailey ( I hope I'm spelling that right). She made sure I got to look and asked me if this and that was good. Very professional and great customer service. The shop has definitely seen better days, but that's not on the stylist.

You get what you pay for.
It’s priced well and minimal wait time. But you are rolling the dice depending on who ends up cutting your hair. I’ve been here multiple times and had average results, not great but not terrible. Today was the day I vow to never return. The hairdresser completely butchered my 9yo son’s hair. Now I’m trying to find somewhere that can fix this asap.

Cut about 5 inches of my hair and it came out great. First time ever in my life I've had short hair. Also had fun talking to the hairdresser. Quick appointment just what a busy mom needs! Easy to book online.

Ww went to great clips today with our 2.5yo. Son. This is the ONLY place we have brought him and overall have had good experiences with them but after the last time we're not sure if we were ever going to bring him back depending upon this haircut. But we met Greg today, let me tell you I can NOT say enough good things about hi.. you son loved him and did great(which he sits good for clippers and all anyways ) but Greag has AWESOME with our son. Jokes and have him smiling and he did the BEST haircut I could have imagined on our son...
LITERALLY cut his hair EXACTLY how I wanted it without our giving the best idea of what we wanted.... we will be MOST DEFINITELY be requesting Greag from now on and if he's not available we will be going back when he is!!!

I have been there total of 4 times. My son had a hair cut there and he was fine, they did a nice job. But if you have a child who cries and might have attitude I would strong recommended to look somewhere else. My daughter had her first hair cut there and they were not pleasant by her cry and I watch them doing the same thing with someone else child.
