Unfortunately, a few stylists spoil the bunch. Had Alyssa for the 2nd time. After my 1st exp I almost canceled my slot after seeing it was her again, but gave her another shot. Same result. Poor attitude, rushed service, unsatisfactory communication, and a lack of attention to detail. I had to have my wife clean up my lines and stubble when I got home. I gave her a tip too, like a sucker 😒. Coincidentally, another customer came in for a rework when I was there and I swore I saw him whispering and pointing at my stylist as the source of his original poor haircut. I'm going to an established barbershop from now on. I've had good exp with other stylists at GC, but I'm ruined now.

I visited this salon requesting a simple trim of two inches off my hair. Despite my clear instructions, the stylist with short dry hay hair with a tattoo on her right forearm insisted on cutting four inches of my hair. When I reiterated that I only wanted a trim, she refused to proceed unless she cut the longer length she recommended…
I believe the customer’s preferences should be respected, as I am willing to pay for the service I request. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling disregarded and disrespected. Based on this, I would not recommend this salon, as the stylist seemed more focused on imposing her opinion than honoring what the client wants..

I am going to give her a zero star I didn’t like the haircut and she was so rude to me . She has to learn first how to talk with basic manners really rude … I am not going to come back ever here it’s worst worst . She started scolding me without no reason .. this is unacceptable..

The worst haircut and experience I've ever had. Asked for sides to be touched up. I don't think the lady was using her eyes. Paying someone else to fix it. She Didn't understand or didn't want to. Rushed right out the door.

Hairdresser left me halfway through my haircut without saying a word . Someone else came in 10 minutes after to hairdry and take the payment. Crooked on both sides and had to come back to get it fixed . Second person was great though , inconsistent service .
