A jacka$$ employee randomly stopped in front of me and my 3-year-old, saluted, and said "hello mister president." I thought he was saying hello at first so I smiled and said hi, then realized he was referencing the fact that I was wearing a mask. I'm not in your business about whether you wear or don't wear one, and you shouldn't be in mine. Not having any affect at all on your life. Not to mention you are an EMPLOYEE there. How dare you say a d@mn word to me. Absolute moron who should be fired. Will be calling the manager, and corporate as well. Hope it was worth it, buddy. For reference, he was tall and overweight.

Needed advice regarding window blind repair or replacement. Special made (pricey) Bali blinds from 2000. Christian Delgado assisted me and was so helpful, patient and relaxed. He did not push me to purchase new. Gladly called Bali company and was as happy as i to find out there was a warranty. I would ask for him again if needed help in his areas of expertise. Great experience.

Horrible experience with this store. Ordered composite decking for two big decks, was told it would take 2-3 weeks. That's fine. A month later I'm calling trying to find out when it's coming....talked to numerous people, no one knows anything, no one is calling to tell you they are running behind. One guy even told me I was "lucky" my decking came in because now they are running 2-3 months behind. Don't tell people it will be in in 2-3 weeks if that's the case. They just take your money then forget about your order. Then when half my order came in, they split it up in 2 separate deliveries and want me to pay another delivery fee. They are very unorganized, don't spend your money here. Go to a better store.

I wouldn't normally rate HD so poorly, only I went there early (8:30AM) this Sunday morning, hoping to avoid the rush, but found the place packed! The parking lot was almost completely full, and although there was a guy in front supposedly letting limited numbers of people in at one time, it seemed to me, he was letting everybody in, without restriction. Furthermore, when I got inside, the aisles were pretty crowded, but the worst part is that quite a few people, customers, DID NOT WEAR MASKS! This is STILL the middle of the pandemic, and nothing has changed since a few weeks ago, except that stores are reopening. THE VIRUS IS STILL EVERY BIT AS MUCH OF A THREAT! It's for letting so many customers in at one time, and for permitting customers to enter (and stay) WITHOUT MASKS, that this store gets 1 star.

I waited almost an hour for my order to be delivered curbside. I was told after the waiting that my order wasn't available. I went inside to figure out what happened to my order and suddenly it appeared. Barely an apology. The customer service rep had an awful attitude and the manager seemed annoyed with me for their mistake. More training needs to be done with customer service regarding how they treat people, especially people of color. This isn't my first experience with horrible customer service there.

People are available when i need help. You should know what your doing before you head to home depot looking for help. Its not reasonable to expect them to be experts on your specific project.

Such rude customer service. I ordered a site to store order it took an exceptionally long time to pick it up due to employee incompetence! There was a cluster of people near the entrance to customer service one person said they weren't in line so I walked by. A woman started yelling at me as if she was the damn CEO of Home Depot herself. All I wanted to do was ask a simple question about where I was supposed to go to pick up my online order. I ignored the b**** yelling at me and the employee said to stand in the line for online orders. While in the now formed line the guy in front of me said he had been waiting to pick up his online order for over an hour! Finally it was my turn a different employee tells me I didn't have to wait in any line at all because my item was out in a storage locker which operates by a kiosk. It would have been WONDERFUL if there was better signage or even a greeter available to let me know as it was my first and most likely LAST time using this system! I'm so glad I drove 30 minutes one way to wait for over 30 minutes dealing with rude customers & incompetent customer service! Also after returning home I discovered my item is broken so yay I get to deal with them again to attempt to rectify the situation
