If you need help never call these people! They don’t answer for hours… how many people are really calling the bank every single day 😂😂 avoid banking here I would get a new bank if considering this one

Well when you are looking for a LITTLE HELP,DO NOT ASK IC FEDERAL! I've been a member since 2007 never had problem, nor had any over drafts or anything to make me lose my account, all I WAS LOOKING FOR JUST A $1500 loan, went on there applacation said all I needed was a monthey income gave that, then IT went to yearly incóme which it DOSE NOT SAY ON APPLACATION, BUT NO PROBLEM gave that, what also is NOT in APPLACATION, & SHOULD BE MENTIONED IN APPLACATION, SO YOU WILL NOT WASTE YOUR TIME FIILLING IT OUT SO THEY DON'T PULL YOUR CREDIT, OH WAIT SAVE THE BEST FOR LAST MY CREDIT SCORE WHEN I CHECKED 725, & YES YOU WILL GET LOOKED AT FOR OTHER OPEN LOANS, BUT THEY TRYED TO SAY MY OPEN LOANS WERE DELINQUENT?DON'T DELINQUENT MEAN LATE PAYMENTS! NON OF MY LOANS ARE ! BUT IF YOU ARE UP TO DATE, NO LATE PAYMENTS, & IT SHOWS THAT, WHY NO LOAN? All I wanted to do,because my car broke down pay off mechanic, ya a couple credit cards ya know to make 1 payment not 4, but that's OK I'll be looking into something else,& AS FOR this just a little help, & get none, we'll see what the FUTURE brings because I'm sure I'll find it else where👈😉
But I do think a lot of stuff not being mentioned is a huge problem & SHOULD BE FIXED!!

Never bank with these people. They refused my loan saying my credit score of 694 wasn't good enough and it has to be 650 or higher. I got the money another way and after I deposited it they refused to let me spend it. They then locked me out of my account and blamed me for trying to pay rent with my money. If I could rate them less than 1 star I would

I hated dealing with them so much, I left. 1st they lose my granddaughters savings account, taking $10.00 a month out because they couldn't contact me. THAT account had same SSN and address as my other 3, buy apparently they were too lazy to check that, or to d*** to know how to. Now they make ME write to THEM to tell THEM I do not want them sharing MY INFORMATION with other Marketing companies!!! I thought Credit Unions were for the little people, but here they are selling us out!!! I left and went to another, BETTER Credit Union.

You have to download a new app just to get into your on line banking and it is horrible! Far from user friendly in every way. Now I have to find time to go to the bank just to have someone help me get in.

Generally terrible. Customer service is anything but. You can't set up automatic loan payments without jumping through insane hoops, and they don't offer any deferral program for situations like maternity leave. To top it off, when I walked into a branch 7 months pregnant they wouldn't even let me use a bathroom. Local or not, I will never take another loan through them again.

I had an account here from when I was a boy until 2008, about 20 years. I decided to move to another bank because I was promised a product that the bank couldn't offer. I was going to live in Spain for a year, and was told the bank would offer a card that would help me transition. When I went to apply for the card, I was told that they weren't allowed to give them out yet. I was forced to find an alternative at the last minute.
