“Where do I even begin. In a time where really nobody wants to deal with insurance, working with Charles River Insurance in Leominster is just so easy. I was referred to Ryan (I believe owner) by a friend. I was skeptical at first. I finally made the call. After a few phone calls (I’m pretty difficult to work with) I knew this was the company I wanted to work with. I’m a business owner with lots to cover plus our personal stuff, it becomes a lot and at times too much to keep up with and overwhelming as well. Ryan made everything so easy while making sure I felt comfortable. This wasn’t just to get my business as it’s been some years now (this review is well overdue) and the service I dare say is not the same it’s better. Why you may ask? Well, once fully comfortable I started dealing with the team. The A Team. Valerie, Cara, Katie, Angela, and Danielle are all the best. When calling, it’s like they know you. You’re not a customer. You’re important. You’re family. I’m not one to write reviews but this was not only very well deserved, it’s also way overdue. And I as a business owner should know better. Folks, if you’re looking to link up with an insurance agent that is really looking out for you, working hard in your best interest. A company that you call and actually get a real human. That listen and work for you. That call you back. That follow up. That are super punctual. And just nice, this is the insurance Agency for you. I promise, you will not be disappointed!!!
