Extremely rude. Was shopping not even in there 5 mins. The employee came up and told me I had to get off my phone or leave the store. When I spoke to manager she said yes I heard my employee and you could have went to the back of the store. Called corporate.

Love Joann's, my favorite craft store. Excellent selection of fabrics and yarn, as well as holiday decor. Knowledgeable and helpful employees.

I love shopping at this Joanns location it’s one of the only reasons I go to the Whitney Mall. The employees are always so nice and helpful and fabric supply is always well stocked!
