Just was here earlier this morning with both of my kids but my oldest kiddo was the one who was seen and needed glasses. The entire staff here is very welcoming and explains everything well! I’m a younger mom and it was my first time needing to use vision insurance for an eye exam and getting glasses as well for someone else besides myself. The process was very quick and easy from picking out the glasses to paying for everything. Extra kudos to the front desk staff he was so so so nice and made it a stress free experience!! The lovely woman who took care of the glasses measurements and everything was extremely sweet as well. The doctor was super friendly and funny and made my son feel at ease!!

I was at the Leominster Lenscrafters this morning because I am terrible with keeping my glasses not broken. I was helped by Dean who was able to pop my lenses into the new frames super quickly. He also inquired if I had Triple A (which I do) and with that... I got a discount of $23 off the frames! I would not have known about this if not for Dean. Also, he's very friendly and professional. I'm always happy at this location and Dean made me even happier. Highly recommend 👌

Dr. Larsen is excellent. She gave me a through exam and explained everything to me. It was the most through exam that I ever had. Her co workers especially Dakota are her caring and patient and take the time to assist you and answer all your questions. I would highly recommend going here.
