Awful ! Run. You would never believe the problems I encountered as a result of contacting this site. I had done business for many years with Leominster Appliance. He sold out to this horrible site. They are not in Leominster. They are a scam.

Called to get service on a washer in Fitchburg. (Leominster, MA is RIGHT NEXT to Fitchburg). Tech said they don't have any techs that service that area, but on their site, they say they service areas up to Worcester! Ridiculous!

Leominster Appliance was sold a long time ago to a company outside the area. They do not have anyone local and if they do send someone, they will charge you a minimum fee and the appliance will probably not get repaired. This is a scam.Services: Dishwasher repair
