The lack of professionalism at this bank is appalling. I have given them many chances to be better, but the last straw was my son left his ID there and called multiple times asking if they found it. He was told no without any regard or effort. He called the corporate number and they had to call multiple times as well. Finally, the woman said oh I just went and looked, yes its here. ??? Clinton branch should be called "Liars, thieves and a lack of integrity" Stay away. I now bank at Clinton Savings and no longer have to deal with such inappropriate nonsense.

Customer service is non-existent and employees, including management, had no problem lying to me while pretending to field a complaint, which they still haven't resolved, just to get me out of Clinton location. I highly recommend leaving this bank and never returning.

I have an auto loan. Sept. 2022 I was seriously injured in Jan 2023. Since then it’s been a financial struggle. While payments were late I was staying current. Sept. 2023 suffered a heart attack. The following 6 weeks in and out of hospital and surgery. Always in contact with LCU. I get home from the hospital and there’s a reposition. Notice in my mail I’m 45 days overdue. I’ve tried to explain I can get paid up give me a 2 week to recover. After 1 week a repossession order sent and my credit crash by 50 points. They’re the only lender refusing to adjust payments at all. A equity loan was being processed at the time to allow me to clear up any past debt from the past 11 months. With LCU report to the credit bureau that is no longer an option. Run far away from LCUThis can happen to anyone any time

I made extra payments on my loan after making the regular payment each month thinking it was going to principal. However. They told me no it was just prepaying my regular payments. So I stopped making regular payments until the prepayments were up and just made principal payments and then resumed making regular payments. Now whenever I make a regular payment none of it goes to my principal. This bank males it extremely difficult to make a principal payment. You have to first deposit it into a savings account with them then transfer it to the loan and mark it as a principal Payment. I absolutely despise their lending practices. I've had loans with other banks such as eastern bank and this was never an issue with them. I made extra payments and the extra was automatically applied to the principal. I do not recommend thus bank to any one. They are predatory lenders.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. LIKE THEYRE DOING YOU A FAVOR FOR DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. USED TO BE A COMMUNITY GEM NOW JUST A PIECE OF COAL. SHAME ON YOU FOR FORGETTING WHERE YOU CAME FROM.

It’s crazy how they treat people here loyal customer who has been paying their loans but when the customer needs help they hide behind their policies witch make no sense and let other customers that been late for like 4 months on their payments by giving them a default payment but when the customer that has been paying falls behind by a few days and ask for help they say “they can’t do anything to help” horrible service with customers

I experienced blatant discriminatory policies upon my visit to this bank yesterday with a young African American male.It was explained that their policies are customer specific and not blanketed across the board. It’s at the “managers” discretion on who has immediate access to their payroll funds or who has to wait a day or more.If it wasn’t for the fact that the next teller over proceeded to provide immediate access to payroll funds to a Caucasian male, I would never have learned of such discrimination.Pulling my 3 mortgage loans and checking and savings accounts from this bank immediately.

I had 22 years with LCU. If you live pay check to pay check: Stay away! They don't want you.If you want a mortgage, fine. Otherwise, don't bother. Their fees & fines are exorbitant!

My wife and I worked with Jacob Lippman with our mortgage over the past 9 months or so. FINALLY closing on a house this week, but Jake was very patient with our constant questions and concerns as first time home buyers. He also assisted us in applying for a grant that almost DOUBLED our down payment. We have used them for two car loans as well. Great experience over all.

I have been trying to make my car loan on line, new system after 3 years of paying with the old site. Very bad! My financial info should have been automatically transferred! Won’t be using this Credit Union again! Long wait to talk to a rep also!

Had a cd renewing. It was a year, we wanted 6 months. It was renewed for a year..this has happened twice! This also happened last year on another cd. They used to renew as you sat there. Now it goes to someone else. Total incompetence. Now we have to go there for a third time...Turns out they do not offer 6 month IRA CD....no one we talked to knew this?

Not the best bank I have ever dealt with.Interest rates change without notice. We closed our account on the middle of the month and received no notice about interest, that accumulates daily, being forfeited if you close your account before month end.We even contacted the customer service chat about closing the accounts and they didn't say anything about the interest being forfeited. These were savings accounts not CD's. I would expect to loose the interest in a CD.Not a good experience, so much for trying to get the small bank customer service experience.
