Only giving 3 stars because Diane, looong time employee, is absolutely phenomenal and director was great too but Penny needs to be terminated and Roz and Nancy needs to be fired also or at least retrained!

Only reason you get 2 stars is becouse of Alex and Diane. Penny Cole need to be terminated asap! Cursing out members of the public? And she hasn’t Even had the job for more then 2 months? She can go work at MiccyD with that attitude

Great and quiet place to study also staff are friendly , kind and very helpfull
