I purchase a dryer that was smashed and defect. I purchased a microwave and a stove. For delivery upon my delivery, I only received the microwave having to cancel the delivery of the stove. I had to cancel the sale and repay. The sale person posted on the sale as a walk out sale. When, in fact, it was due for delivery with the microwave. I then purchased a Samsung refrigerator which was refused delivery upon them. Arriving. They refused to walk it down the driveway. The prior week, the stove was delivered on the same driveway. With the same amount of snow. Having to cancel the sale and reorder a fridge and personally go back into the store and order a different one. That did not have to be delivered from out of the warehouse, from a different city. Lowe's has very, very, very bad customer service relationships with their customers. I was blamed for this service problems.Being my fault. I changed the belt on my dryer. The third time today because they refused to take it back because I threw the box away.

I bought a dryer approximately a year ago.Whirlpool, my very first week of owning it.I tried to return it and I was told by customer service without the box it was unreturnable. I repaired the dryer 3 times Whirlpool. Had to change the wheels, cause they we're out
un evenly. The belt has snapped 3 times I have to replace the self tapper screws in the dryer to keep it tight. Receiving the dryer had a gas/bent on the front of it lower. Left sideThe dryer has a constant thump in it.

The designer Steven was great at Lowes. However the build of the cabinets were not as good. Schuler does not have a place I could find to leave the review which is odd since they are not cheap. Lots of damaged pieces and off centered assembly.

Great customer service by Carlos. He went way above and beyond to find the drill and driver I was looking for. Doug was great at checkout too! 2 very friendly workers that should be recognized for their positive attitudes in their workplace.
