We bought a GE Profile refrigerator that was defective. Water was leaking below the fruit and vegetable drawers. Rather than being shipped from Manny's, the replacement was shipped directly from GE. We noticed the doors were off, so a repairman came from Gorilla Appliance. Manny's would not come here since the frig was not shipped from THEIR warehouse(not our fault). Doors supposedly couldn't be adjusted, so 3rd frig arrived on 10/9. This one stopped working and our food was ruined. Then it started up again, repairman came, couldn't find a problem, ran for a few days and stopped working this evening. Manny's has washed their hands of us!! Great service department???? NO!!!!!! Thanks Shannon! You gave me your account number so your service dept could come help us, and then you apparently changed your mind, per GE.

Does not offer all brands, and, some brands offered can not be serviced by Mannys service. Also, sales people do not give you full product knowledge. I found out after making a major purchase of 3 appliances there is a major issue I could not know about unless I was told before I purchased-the front loading Electrolux washer is so load when it is on spin dry yu can not hear any other person talking, phone conversation, radio or tv if these occur in the same room when the machine spins. This is a function of the machine design. Also, the Frigidaire refrigerator has a loud hum when it runs. Loud enough that it is noticible. The appliances I replaced were breaking down and I can tell you even though the appliances I replaced were breaking down no one had alud sound while operating compared to these machines. I wish Mannys sales people had informaed me about this noise level.

Excellent service. Swapped to different model with no issues, have same delivery day. Check your height with and dept, give that info and they'll have suggestions upon arrivel.

I bought all my kitchen appliances from Manny's in Leominster. I was happy with the items, however not so much with the GE fridge due to the expensive water filters. I know next time to check on that before purchase. A few weeks ago, I had a flood in the kitchen, and things are getting put back together now. I called to have them install the dishwasher once again, and they said that they would only install a new one. I spent a nice bit of coin in their store, and they can't send someone to reinstall the dishwasher? I would pay them to do it, but it is against policy is what I was told. They also told me to call a plumber. They have lost me as a customer.
