When I visited this location, I asked them are you accept "MASSHEALTH INSURANCE" and they told me yes. and afterward, she is asking me for my credit card information said we need that information in case something is wrong. and after few weeks visited, I received a bill today, and said they going to charge $500 to my account. that is crazy. don't ever visit this place again, everyone stay away......

My boyfriend had to wait two hours to be seen for a broken hand. When he asked why it was taking so long he was told that the doctor was super busy “because he was doing COVID testing for people who have gone on vacation or want to go on vacation”. If you are understaffed, why would you have so many slots for COVID testing appointments? The only doctor that was available was also in charge of doing COVID tests outside? This sounds pretty risky. Even more considering that the staff mentioned how there’s a spike in Leominster. When the Doctor finally decided to see his hand he was extremely unprofessional and joking around about how long he took. And to top that, when my boyfriend asked how he can take care of his hand in the meantime the doctor told him to drink beer. Extreme unprofessional and unable to provide clear instructions. How is a person that’s making thousands of dollars as a doctor be so unprofessional? First and last time visiting.

Terrible company. Waited 2 hours in their parking lot to have my call ignored and to never be seen. Complete waste of a day and my time, never ever visit this doctor.

Waited in car for over an hour for my scheduled covid testing appointment.I get that things are tight now, but so is my time, thats why I made an APPOINTMENT! They called on time for the phone registration, and could have told me then that they were running behind, but there was no mention of it.Truthfully, they should have called me before the appointment to tell me.

It's super important to change the no appointment for COVID-19 testing. In fact, when we arrived we were told that there were no drive-ups, and on-line screening before testing was required.

Went on a Sunday for possible UTI. Met with dr Tim Eddy. Very good bedside manner and knowledgeable. Clean place. Excellent staff, pleasant and friendly. Called me and left a message just a check up on how you're doing." Top notch.

This is the second time I’ve been brushed off by a doctor here and told I’m fine, only to go to another clinic to find out I needed medication. The first time I was seen several times because I thought I had an ear infection, they told me every time I was wrong and the ear looked fine and offered to flush it. I finally went somewhere else and was told that I had a bad ear infection, and had to have both oral and drop antibiotics. This time, I completely lost my voice and had a terrible cough that caused me to leave work early. I went to medexpress the next day, and was asked by the doctor who was rushing because she was running behind why I was there if my symptoms just started the day before. She took a quick listen to my lungs and looked at my throat with a light and told me I was fine and offered me a note that said I was okay to go to work the next day. She told me to use mucinex. The next day I was so much worse, I went to readymed in Worcester and they did a full exam and told me I had laryngitis and that I needed steroids and to be out of work for the next several days.
