“The purpose of my visit was a pre-employment urine drug screen. I was easily able to make my appointment a few days before. Signing in was also relatively easy and quick. Once I signed in, I was quickly called back to provide the specimen. Your lab attendant was extremely friendly and professional. She explained the process and facilitated it quickly and professionally. I unfortunately cannot recall her name but she spoke with a southern accent. Once the process was completed, I was ready to leave when another attendant was at the desk who also was very friendly and professional. I had a great experience.”
