“The reptiles in this store look particularly well taken care of. I always love coming and looking at the birds as well. The only staff I interacted with was the check out guy, who seemed competent at his job. Overall, not a painful place to get an errand done.”

“this review is for Trinity from the Leominster PetSmart. My daughter was getting a Gecko and we knew NOTHING. Trinity helped us from start to finish - the first night we bought all the stuff for the tank, and we came back the next morning to pick out her new pet. She helped my daughter hold it and get used to it. we asked her a MILLION questions and she was so educated, patient and kind. you guys are lucky to have her!”
