Waited 20 minutes for someone to come help me with the fish. After waiting a long time, the employee helped a different customer whom had only been there for a 2 minutes and that customer purchased the fish that I wanted. It’s like the employees saw me but avoided helping me.

Honestly this is the worst store to work with. First time i called for a tortise i was hung up on and received zero help. The leominster branch is a huge joke. Stop listing aniamls you dont have and then blocking and refusing the acknowledge people who actually want pets. Huge joke and will never referre anybody i know how, explains why the parking lot is always so empty tbh. Im going to a real pet store.

I like this place the puppy loves to go here. They have plenty of stuff but I think they are a little pricey compared to PetSmart

sad to see it. they’re clean creatures, just gotta upkeep the mess or they’ll get sick. other rodent cages weren’t as bad, just keep an eye out

Love being able to look at all the animals and I bring my dog to the groomers there and they always go with grooming him and cleaning them up and good prices too

Brought my dog for her first “professional” grooming. They should drop that word from any description of their staff. Sweet tempered dog with super short coat. Easy right? Apparently not. Picked her up and she was still wet. She still stinks even hours later. There is no way she was washed properly by anyone’s standards. Nails have little pieces sticking off of them like the clippers weren’t sharp enough. Wish I didn’t tip but I’m too nice to cause a scene. -1/10 do not recommend.

The place was a mess. The ketchup dispenser didn't work. I Have eaten there before. I hope they just had a bad day.I'm not in a hurry to go back

Went inside Petco. 3 employees in the fish department and I am the only patron. I asked for one fish and was refused service to purchase one fish. They need to realize that the customer is what pays their paycheck. I will spread the word.

I just took my service dog there today, for a full groom. I made the appointment in advance. This was his first time going there.
He is a Golden Retriever and he needed a shorter cut. His last groomer moved away. So, I’ve been grooming him. I’m not a professional.
I was so happy to see how amazing he came out! He looked like a whole different dog! He was nice and tidy. About as short as one can get with a double coat. The groomer deshedded him, did an amazing job on his nails and whole body. He is a bit timid of the Dremel, but I have been desensitizing him and he’s been doing great. Over all, just so happy! He is now going to be cooler. He is now cleaner and he smells like heaven!
