While some members wish for additional features like babysitting or heavier weights, the overall consensus is that Planet Fitness is a great gym with a professional and kind team. The only major complaint is the reduced hours of operation, with the gym now closing earlier on weekdays and weekends, which many members find inconvenient. Despite this, Planet Fitness remains a popular choice for those seeking a supportive and well-maintained fitness facility.

Usually everything is fine. Past few days either staff shows up but can’t get in (don’t have keys) or staff member doesn’t show up when gym is supposed to open. Both days I waited 15-20 minutes.
