945 Massachusetts Ave, Lunenburg“I went in for a passport photo after phoning to see if an appointment was needed (it wasn’t for a Tuesday or wednesday) No one in lobby or behind the counter. A quick press of a bell summoned Melissa, the most cheerful, helpful, and efficient customer service person I had dealt with in years. She was a wealth of information on the process, and after taking the photo, she showed it to me for my approval. Wow ?. The reviews talking about rude service can’t possibly be about this ray of sunshine ?.We need to clone her! Thank you Melissa!”

“Nick was an extremely helpful person at the service desk. He was polite, quick, efficient and had an excellent customer service attitude. That was surprising to me because he told me he had to be on his feet virtually the whole day. I guess that puts an end to My idea of working for the post office unless I can get a part-time job!By the way if, somebody helps you at any kind of business or service and has a really good attitude, make a point of telling them so. I know from decades as a business owner that finding people with a good customer service attitude is harder than people think. so the next time somebody does the good job make sure to tell them so, because I assure you hear a lot more negative comments than positive ones! In case you haven’t noticed, the last few years there are a lot of people in custom service that shouldn’t be in any kind of customer facing job period!!!”

477 Main St, Fitchburg“I went to this post office for the first time in my life. As we well know, sometimes the people at the post office can be at best a little short. (i.e. Lunenburg) ….This was not the case at this post office today when I met Nikki. She was extremely pleasant, personable, and professional. I’ve never met her before, but if we could all be more like Nikki, we’d be better off. Ty Nikki. ….PRP.”
“Our mail carrier is always great. On top of that, I had an issue with the key in our mailbox and I couldn't get my package. I called the post office and spoke to a woman named Jess and told her what was going on. Even though I was calling during peak holiday craziness for them, and on a FREEZING cold day she hopped in her car and was at the mailbox less than 5 minutes after I called to help me out. (Thank you Jess) Everyone we've ever interacted with so far at the Clinton PO has always been VERY helpful and courteous.”
