They did not send my results to my doctor and there is no way you can get to them on the phone . So I had to do it myself , which is kind of annoying . So before you leave make sure with them that they will do it .
The phlebotomist was nice !

Made an appointment. Was taken right in at the time. The gentleman who drew my blood was friendly,courteous and professional. It was a great visit!

Their technology is terrible, their people are very nice: You walk in and are greeted by a machine that has you enter your info and scan your cards. You don't get paid for doing this. The machine informs you when the next available appointment is, not good. One hour but ok we can do something else in the area. We return about 15 minutes prior to the (now) scheduled appointment, check in with the machine. It tells us we are late (we're not) and gives us a later appointment time. We wait and a nice human finds us and the next thing we know we are waiting another 20 minutes for the lab to clear its records to reflect that labs are in fact ordered. And this was the second visit because last week this lab could not verify that labs had indeed been ordered. Avoid this place if at all possible.

On saturday I had an appointment with them and I had a bad experience with one of the people there. with her bad attitude expressing herself badly by reneging.She was not Kindly at all and she didn't even give me any information when she finished, she just ‘signed there’ and she left the room without looking me in the eye. when I went out to the front desk I saw that they put a notice on the registration screen. "Only by Appointment" when he never asked to make an appointment to go. I returned it to her and told her that she was RUDE and IMPOLITE. It seems to me that she should not work in such a place.If she doesn't like what she does, she should stay at home looking at the ceiling. Unprofessional and GRUMPY person.PLEASE forwarding this to your leadership team in the region for a follow-up with your staff. THANK YOU

This place is supposed to close at 5 and was sent to do bloodwork by my Dr I made a quick appointment online so I don’t have to wait, by the time I got there, they were closed at 2:30, I ring the doorbell and the person who answered the doorbell clearly closed early without promotion, she was saying oh I didn’t see your appointment can you come back tomorrow, well I left my job early for the bloodwork I can’t just do it everyday!! Also she didn’t want to give me a reason why the place was closed at 2:30 she was just trying to get out of the door!! Very unprofessional
