I recently used Real Deal Van lines for a move from Belchertown Ma to Bridgewater Ma. The team of Dave and Austin did a fabulous job. The called before ariving and arived on time. They were curtious, professional and fast, all at the best price I recived quotes for. I could not be happier with their performance and would absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a move.

Dave and Austin are the ABSOLUTE BEST. I can't thank them enough for the quick job. All my stuff was in apartment before noon. Great, professional men. I will use these 2 guys again, when the time comes. Again, sorry for the beast of a couch. You guys ROCK!

I had a great experience with real deal van lines! Dane and Nate were very friendly and worked incredibly quickly to move all of my furniture. They made the whole process so easy and enjoyable! They were careful with everything and made sure things were in the right place before leaving. They were easy to book and work with and made the entire process simple!

My experience with real deal van lines was great. It was my first time getting movers because I had pulled my back. Booking the move on the phone with Anna was super simple and extra requests/questions were all accommodated/answered. Dane and Chris arrived on time, did a walk through, and got right into it. They were super quick and efficient with everything, even making a stop to pick up and move in what I thought was too big of a couch. They made it work and they made sure that everything was moved into where I liked. Everything was great from the service to the super nice people that worked there.

Amazing moving experience. Dave and Devon were awesome! They were so quick and careful with my belongings. They got everything in my storage unit and left room to spare. (I apologize if I got the names wrong, I'm not great at reading handwriting)

My experience with this company was absolutely terrible—a complete nightmare. I truly regret not reading the reviews beforehand. When I initially called, I was quoted a seemingly fair rate of $139 per hour. However, they failed to disclose several hidden fees: $171 for mileage, $20 for a mattress cover, and other unexpected charges.
The movers arrived at 9:00 AM. Once they reached my new apartment to unload the furniture , they informed me that they had forgotten the screws for both my bed and my son’s bed, and that I would need to assemble them myself. I told them I had paid for a full service, including assembly. One of the movers contacted his manager, Anna, who insisted that I should drive back to the old apartment to retrieve the screws if I wanted the beds assembled. I explained that it wasn’t my responsibility—they had three workers present and one of them could have gone—but she refused.
In the end, I had to make a one-hour round trip myself just so they could complete the job. They finished everything between 9:00 and 11:00 AM, yet still attempted to charge me for three full hours without assembling the beds until I demanded it be done. Please see the photos of my bed. I had my bed for 7 years and because they failed to assemble it properly it has now broken!
Please be warned: this was the worst company I’ve ever hired. Don’t be fooled by the initial quote—they will nickel and dime you. I ended up paying a lot for three hours of work in a small apartment with no stairs or elevator—and I even had to drive to get the missing parts myself . Avoid this company at all costs.

i had an incredible experience with Real Deal! Dane, Marcus, and Eddy were professional and efficient. i had a lot of antique furniture and it was very well cared for. i will absolutely be recommending the company and team to anyone looking for movers.

We had a great experience with Real Deal Van Lines. Marcus, Malik and Oz were very professional, efficient and also amusing! Even though it was late Saturday afternoon they just kept moving and didn’t stop until they were done. They showed up on time and called to let us know when they would be there. I would highly recommend these movers.

This was my second time using the service and it has dramatically gone down hill! Communication about appointments is abysmal or non existent. The movers did not reach half the efficiency of the previous movers. I had to step in and help them move furniture. They did not hit the 3 hour minimum and complained about being tired and not wanting to complete the move. This was an incredibly disappointing and stressful experience.
Past review:
Manny and Jeremy were efficient and kind helping to make a stressful move less so. This was the first time I hired movers so it was a big relieve.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Real Deal Van Lines moving company. Not only did they damage several of my items during the move, but they also failed to bring the appropriately sized truck for the job. As a result, several of my belongings were left behind, and we had to take the time and effort to move them ourselves later on.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to them about the issues, they ignored my emails. After two months of trying to contact them, I finally got through and was told they’d be reimbursing only $12 for a chair that cost me $380. The lack of communication and the minimal compensation for damaged goods is absolutely unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

Do NOT use this company. They had us pay $400 over what was quoted, couldn’t finish the job to get our couches upstairs, and never returned our calls or messages. The movers themselves were nice, but definitely not that quick or professional.
