I opened an account when Gardner had a branch. A couple of years ago they closed this branch so anytime I have to deposit money I have drive 25 miles to Leominster! Very frustrating and inconvenient! They should at least have an ATM that can be accessed to deposit money

Santander urgently needs to improve the customer service at its ATM (outside). Customers practically have this only option, but this equipment is constantly having problems.
