About SEPHORA at Kohl's

The Sephora store is clean and stocked. All staff were very nice and professional. Employees were help with color matching, shade of foundation and skincare suggestions. The members at the cash register were relatable and understood that the new store hopes to expand more products and brands that Sephora online/app offer. Customers felt the experience was great and not like speaking to a robot with a programmed sales pitch. Both times customers found staff quick to offer help until the perfect fit was found. The store looked clean and everyone looked human and nice. Will definitely go back.
